Jack McGuire

IMG_5839Jack McGuire, an 11-13 Boys College Counselor, has been with Camp Indian Springs for two years and has been leaving his mark since day one. Jack is a student at Notre Dame studying Economics and Public Policy where he leads the student section at all sporting events, is a member of the snow ski competition team, and is a part of dorm government.

“We were very fortunate when Jack came back for his second year at Camp Indian Sprigs,” Camp Director Joe Carter says. “Jack is very attentive to his boys and has taken a leading role in our Aftercare program. His leadership and attention to detail are invaluable to our camp.” Every day Jack uses these skills to ensure that the campers under his care are always having fun and staying safe.

When asked why he chose to return to camp every summer, he credits his parents and mentors who had such a positive influence on his life. “By working at CIS,” Jack explains, “I get the chance to be a person for these kids to look up to and help them to improve every single day.”

A special thanks to Jack from everyone at CIS for your hardwork! We look forward to many more summers
